The property was very clean and quiet. The leasing agents were very friendly, detailed oriented, and responsive to inquiries. I do plan on leasing with this property soon.

Abby was amazing, she showed me a studio unit. I thought the unit was nice, a bit pricey for the amount of space. I did see what appeared to be a roach and roach egg in the closet which was a bit concerning to me. The pool also was not cleaned from what I remember, the breezeways could use some cleaning and power washing as well, as I saw a lot of webs and debris. I’m terrified of bugs. Also the unit was in the back of the community which wouldn’t work for me as a woman living alone, I would worry about my safety. Aside from the aforementioned concerns, overall I had a good experience.

Mission Mayfield Downs is a quiet community and has a staff that truly listen to the residents concerns and feedback. They do their best to resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner, such as maintenance request. In addition to keeping residents updated on requests and changes.

Leasing agent (Abby) was extremely informative, professional, and welcoming. She really sold the community to me with her personality and how well she answered all of my questions. She was super happy to help and the tour she gave was very detailed. The apartment was gorgeous and the grounds were well maintained.

Mayra in the front office is absolutely amazing! You can tell she cares about what she does and she gave me the best leasing office experience I’ve ever had. I was between Mission Mayfield and one other complex, and Mayra’s excellent customer service and Liv’s assistance are the reasons I ultimately chose to lease here. I can’t wait to see yall in October! Thank you so much.
