If I am honest, Luma is was my dream luxury apartment. It’s my first luxury stay (the story goes deep) but anyway, my husband and I love it. It’s been 1 year and 2 months experiencing this beautiful place. From the outstanding maintenance team, whom all are respectful, professional, polite and efficient to the upkeep for the entire community (landscape, pool area, amenities areas, mailbox room, all restrooms) to the excellent resident to staff overall service. We feel every staff on this far genuinely care about our needs as a community and individual residents. I have a couple of things we found needed some of opportunities/improvement for our safety and it was taken care within a a reasonable amount of time. I honestly, have yet to experience the kind of service and staff in a residential area - this includes loved ones other luxury apartments. We do pay a bit of a pretty shiny penny to live here but within reason thus far, it’s worth it. As we know, you get what you pay for, which is why it’s crucial for the Luma team to keep and maintain such experience. Ah! Also would like to add - the weekly vendors that come out every Thursday evening are such a win. Unfortunately, do our schedule we have missed quite a few but we have had the opportunity to take advantage of them more than a few times and from what we have experienced, have contracted great vendors, good food and great service! And all the events Luma has catered for the community - they seem so much fun, and always beautifully decorated! (With intention and love) again, due to our life schedule, we haven’t been able to take full advantage of all their events… but they are always very welcoming, family friendly and what seems fun. If you’re hesitant to tour, let this review boost your confidence in at the very least touring - and if you are anything like my husband and I (very particular about almost everything lol ) then you shall love it!
