It's been a pleasure moving into Luma Headwaters, great community with great amenities. Enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood with my dog and catching the breeze. Neighbors are friendly and staff engaging.

The community has great amenities. I love the gym which saves me some money from having to purchase a gym membership. Since I work from home, I really like the fact that I have access to several spaces in the clubhouse to work outside my home office. I live on a first floor and it's very convenient that I have access to an additional entrance through the back door. I also like that the front door is keyless and you can control the a/c through your phone.

Situated near from the popular John Young, this is a friendly community and all the staffs are very educated. The amenity's decor is gorgeous and the apartment so comfortable with light cabinets and floor. I This is a good place to live.

We have been living in this community for i year and 8 month, at the beginning the community was very well kept and maintained, since the new administration took over, the general maintenance of the community has declined... Cleanness of the general areas, gym, dog waste baskets, sprinkles, carpets, lack of lawn maintenance, ect... this issues should be addressed...
