I’ve had a great experience living at High Park. The location is excellent, the apartments are spacious, and the overall community feels welcoming. The staff and maintenance team are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. I also appreciate the consistent communication and updates, which make it easy to stay informed. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live, and I would definitely recommend it.

Almost a year in and so far it has been a great experience. My partner and I only visited on a whim one day while doing apartment hunting and this was the 2nd place we stopped. We walked out with quotes and that night we applied for a lease because it exceeded our expectations. From friendly and professional staff, to the amenities, location, apartment layouts, and so on. A lot of apartments in this area and Houston are all old with "new renovations" that just put a bandaid over the preexisting issues, where you get a lease and within a month you have issues with water leaks, pipe damage, broken appliances, and pests. But i remember when these apartments were being built a few years ago with all brand new everything from the foundation. The pricing was the main issue, but they have free applications, a cheaper option for deposits, and they have wonderful deals where you can get 6 weeks free. We have not regretted quickly pulling the trigger on this place for even a second. The staff has continued to be awesome, the maintenance crew and trash valet as well, the location and amenities included and near by have only increased the appeal.

Living in this community has been one of my best experiences so far. It always feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely like home. I love the apartment and the location, and I know others would be happy here too.

Overall excellent experience but not happy with the rent as it has increased about $50 in 20 days time and had to compromise on the apartment type due to non availability of inventory.
