Overall excellent experience but not happy with the rent as it has increased about $50 in 20 days time and had to compromise on the apartment type due to non availability of inventory.

The community is really nice and the office staff is super friendly, every time I went, groundkeeping was working on landscaping and painting the lines in the parking lot. Also there was very little patio storage. I feel apartments look so much more Clean when patios aren’t used for storage. So that was a plus

I had an amazing experience at High Park Apartments, thanks to Jabori Gibson, who provided a truly turnkey experience. My apartment was spotless and felt brand new, as if I were the first resident. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a plush, upscale feel. The amenities are top-tier! The Kitchen Lounge is one of my favorite spaces for entertaining, and the outdoor lounge area is just as inviting. The gym also has great perks, making it easy to stay active without leaving the community. Overall, this property is a 10/10/10—highly recommended!

Chris is a wonderful manager. She explained all the formalities well in advance and made our move out easy. If at all we move back to Cypress,TX, for sure we will look for Highpark apartments.

The Highpark community exceeds my expectations which is challenging to do. I'm a property manager myself so I know that it takes a lot to achieve what you all are doing at this community from the upkeep to the constant communication and the technological updates. Charlotte was definitely the highlight of the entire process for me.

Highpark Community is a really great place to live. It is clean and well kept up. I like the fact that it is a non- smoking community. I appreciate that the staff does a great job at keeping up with rules being followed. I pay a lot to live here and like that the complex is kept clean and tenants are expected to follow community guidelines.

Ki'Erin could not have been more wonderful to guide me through this process which is still ongoing. She leads with positivity and no judgment. I genuinely felt like she wanted to find me exactly what I was looking for. I toured many other apartments in Bridgeland that day but no leasing agent shined the way Ki'Erin did. Remember your leasing agents are the first impression to someone learning about your community. An unpleasant leasing agent can make someone not sign a lease even if the community checks all of their boxes. A nice and positive leasing agent like Ki'Erin is what makes someone want to live there. Thanks again for everything! You deserve a raise!

I loved everything, when I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Ms. Tucker, she had personality plus some, she made me feel like I belonged there. I’ve been apartment hunting a lot and personality was the best! Thank you for making me feel welcome!

My overall experience was great. I loved everything about the property especially the tour. Ki'Erin Tucker was awesome. She answered every question I asked and was very confident with her answers. She knew the grounds and each layout inside out. Please keep her around!

Highpark is a beautiful apartment complex we chose because of the location and three pet policy. The front desk workers were the friendliest out of all the apartment complexes we toured. I have had several questions, and the front desk staff have always been eager to assist. Moving to Cypress was stressful, but moving to Highpark made it easier.

Ki’Erin & Jabari are leading agents that are truly concerned with their residents as well as the wellbeing of future residents! Both were so patient and kind during my multiple visits! Both also followed up exactly as they said they would! The vibe is amazing, but that starts with the people that are there!
