Ki'Erin could not have been more wonderful to guide me through this process which is still ongoing. She leads with positivity and no judgment. I genuinely felt like she wanted to find me exactly what I was looking for. I toured many other apartments in Bridgeland that day but no leasing agent shined the way Ki'Erin did. Remember your leasing agents are the first impression to someone learning about your community. An unpleasant leasing agent can make someone not sign a lease even if the community checks all of their boxes. A nice and positive leasing agent like Ki'Erin is what makes someone want to live there. Thanks again for everything! You deserve a raise!
I loved everything, when I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Ms. Tucker, she had personality plus some, she made me feel like I belonged there. I’ve been apartment hunting a lot and personality was the best! Thank you for making me feel welcome!

My overall experience was great. I loved everything about the property especially the tour. Ki'Erin Tucker was awesome. She answered every question I asked and was very confident with her answers. She knew the grounds and each layout inside out. Please keep her around!

Highpark is a beautiful apartment complex we chose because of the location and three pet policy. The front desk workers were the friendliest out of all the apartment complexes we toured. I have had several questions, and the front desk staff have always been eager to assist. Moving to Cypress was stressful, but moving to Highpark made it easier.

Ki’Erin & Jabari are leading agents that are truly concerned with their residents as well as the wellbeing of future residents! Both were so patient and kind during my multiple visits! Both also followed up exactly as they said they would! The vibe is amazing, but that starts with the people that are there!

I had visited four other establishments. This was the second one to give me a tour. The first to makes sure I seen everything. Jamal was thorough. He listened and responded to my request and needs without fail. I said I worked from home and he immediately added apartments which had space for a work area without me asking. He was the first to provide a full walk through from club house and amenities. He had a friendly professionalism that signaled he cared about my experience. Based on my interaction with Him alone this place is so far above all the rest. I'm beyond impressed with his knowledge of what was available and how it suited me. I loved This place and Jamal. He stole my rented heart ?? Please make sure this Young man knows my gratitude. He is naturally a leader.

I moved in January 2023 and I love living here! The staff are respectful and work hard to keep residents happy and content. The complex is clean and smoke free. I appreciate this so much.

I was impressed with initial walk through people that work there are super friendly and appliances are working great. Flooring is good and easy to clean. It’s a nice apartment with great amenities Also I don’t like that there are heb carts in the building corridor half the time and the concrete stains from garbage could possibly be cleaned I’ve also gotten a few door dings on my car since living here but I can park further away from my building when convenient. Inside my apartment is satisfactory but I’ve noticed bugs are getting in from somewhere and there is a small gap in the front door where I can see plainly bugs could come in.
