The gate never works and the residents can be sketchy. I got my mat stolen from my front door. I have lived here 3 years and I find the apartments and community to be comfortable but they are expensive.

Manager was AWESOME!!! Grisela is knowledgeable and kind! I’ve decide to lease at another property with more amenities and equal rent. The close proximity to McDonalds, WalMart and strip malls right outside the property was s but concerning due to car and foot traffic, but the property itself was nice. Elevators would be a great add. ??

Living at Gateway North has been a wonderful experience. The units are nicely appointed and maintenance is very responsive, as is the offce staff. You are always greeted with a smile and made to feel like you are welcomed. I could not wait to renew my lease.

Good location for easy travel around Pinellas. A lot of restaurants and grocery in the area. Great amenities.
