I have been a resident at Forest View for over 10 years. The maintenance and office staff are the best. As a handicapped senior, I really appreciate how well they take care of my needs.
While I was i the leasing office today, a former resident came by just to say "Hi". I can't think of a nicer compliment than that!

The maintenance team here at forestview is on the Ball with excellent and prompt service EVERYTIME I request a repair no matter how small . It really is a relief to know the issue will be handled without issue

We just love it here. Everything one is so nice and extremely thoughtful. It’s a beautiful property and so many things to do within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive.

Carlie was amazing! She helped us get out apartment and it only took 2-3 days max!! 10/10 would recommend She is very welcoming and uplifting and will help anyone find their dream home.

Overall the community was very clean, and you could see that they were in the process of upgrading the exterior appearance of the community. The leasing associate who showed me around was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Seemed like a great place.

Forestview apartments are literally a hidden gem of the woodlands for someone looking for affordable living accommodations in a great location. Staff is so nice and repairs and issues are taken care of promptly. Don’t normally do reviews but Forestview is deserving of time for sure.

Forest View is my home. I absolutely love it here. When I sold my home, I didn't think I would ever have a "true" home again, but I have found it in Forest View. It is so peaceful and quiet and caring. I tell everyone about it because I want them to enjoy what I have found.

I love living here. I love the community. They’re very nice. They’re very caring. The leasing office staff are always very understanding and listen to concerns and take care of any issues. The fact that they take these surveys very serious is what I appreciate that I feel like I’m actually listened to and taken serious when asked for my opinion and thoughts.

Forest View is a true community. Everyone is so kind and cheerful. The attention to detail of all has made me feel special. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. Adam and Carley and maintenance folks are so quick to solve any concern that may arise. As a result, there just are no problems. I wish everyone could live at Forest View. It is a dream come true.

It is a very nice complex. With lots of trees the one bedroom apartment was very small compared to what I thought it would be but very clean. At this time I am considering a two bedroom.
