Lived here for almost 18 mo., this is one of the best ones around, they take pride in here and keep it up. It's a place to come home worry free and peaceful. The reviews of other apartments are scary but Forest View tops all the others. It's clean and quiet. When you come from another apt., you'll see the difference and won't want to ever leave. I love living here.

It seems great! I didn't get to see any apartment in person because of upgrades that are happening so that does make it hard to decide if I want to sign a lease but the Tour guide was very nice and I planned to sign up for another tour in the future in order to see a unit in the future.

The office did a spectacular job of getting me all set up by my move in date. Erica, office manager worked with me carefully to make sure all financial matters were in order with a calm and pleasant demeanor. Coltan made sure things were signed sealed and delivered, keys etc. Adam opened doors and walked me to my car and stated if there’s anything at all that I would need to make my stay better, please let him know. He was most kind.

Called Saturday afternoon about my dishwasher leaking. The maintenance man said he would come out Monday and he did as he said he would. It was easy to get a hold of him and communicated when he was coming to the complex. Great job keep it up.

I’ve been living at Forest View apt about five years now, I only can say that I highly recommend this community. Great staff management and great maintenance team. I am about 10 min from work and places to have fun a distraction.

Have lived here off and on since 2008. I always return because the community is consistently outstanding. From the office staff to the maintenance crew, always friendly, attentive, punctual, and competent. Also, I've been lucky to always have nice neighbors. Great location.
