I have lived at Fairways for four years. It was the first apartment complex I looked at after owning my own home for 20 years. My decision was made on my first visit and I have never regretted my decision to make Fairways my home. The complex is quiet and very well maintained. The staff is exceptional, both office and maintenance. The garages are a decent size to allow for some storage in addition to a vehicle.

Fairways at South shore is a great place to call home. Everything you need is here with access to almost anything you could think of nearby. From Kemah to Baybrook mall to plenty of restaurants. You won't be disappointed. Tell them I sent you.

Choosing a place to call home is a big decision, but the team at Fairway at Southshore made it the easiest one we’ve ever made. ?From the very first tour, Brya, Daniella, and Hope in the leasing office were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process, answering every question with a smile. Since moving in, that support hasn’t wavered—they truly go above and beyond to make us feel like we belong here. ?A huge shoutout to the maintenance team as well! It’s rare to find a crew that is this "spot on" with their craft. My son and I visited yesterday and we were welcomed and felt at ease. All the ladies in the office were very pleasant and friendly. Daniella offered to take us on the tour. As we were walking around, the environment was clean and very relaxing. When we went into the apartment I was so excited to see my new chapter beginning here! I absolutely loved the apartment and all it's features! Daniella took us back and we started the process and in an hour I was approved and now I'm just waiting to move into my new apartment! Thank you all for your patience and help during the process! A special thank you to Daniella for ALL her assistance!

Everything was great. We were really sorry to move out because we enjoyed living there but we needed more space. All staff members took really good care of us, they were kind, friendly and helpful, also the maintenance team is very efficient and friendly.

Fairways is a pleasant community with quiet neighbors, respectful drivers, and attentive staff. The amenities are fantastic, such as the pool and gym being provided, which are always clean and well taken care of!

My air conditioning unit was in need of repair and I followed the steps to call after hours as an emergency. I received a return phone call within minutes and a technician came to help resolve the issue in less than an hour! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable about the issue and fixed the problem! I was extremely satisfied with the prompt and friendly service! Thank you!!!

Daniella was absolutely a joy to help me throughout the entire process. She was very patient, kind, polite and very knowledgeable about the complex’ procedures. She also answered every question I had with ease. My decision to rent here at Fairways had a lot to do with her cheerful attitude and excellent promoter the complex. ALL of the office staff and maintenance personnel were also very, very kind, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend living at Fairways.

I absolutely love living here, I believe I’m going on my third year now and I truly wouldn’t look for another complex. It has everything we need and more and the office staff and Maintenance staff are attentive, polite, accommodating and helpful. I genuinely enjoy living here!!
