Living at Fairways South Shore has been great. I have been here over a year, and I work from home it is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The staff is friendly and attentive to any issues that may arise. I enjoy living here the staff keeps you informed of any issues and sends out reminders when big maintenance projects are going on and also tips when the weather is inclement . There are two pools, that are great! We have holiday social gathering activities ,shop market at Christmas time, and food trucks often is a nice for those of us who like to skip cooking dinner or breakfast for the week. The maintenance staff is also friendly and take care of a services, I was informed when and after any service was completed. The Landscaping is a work in progress . There is also a dog park for those with furry friends.

I will soon be signing my 4th lease at Fairways. I could not have made a better choice for my apartment home. The staff, both administrative and maintenance, are the best.

Living at Fairways of South Shore is absolutely amazing! I can look out of my living room window and bedroom window and see one of the tee boxes of the South Shore Country Club golf course. It’s peaceful and quiet, and I feel safe walking my dog late at night.

My experience at The Fairways has been exceptional. The range of amenities is impressive, and I appreciate the cleanliness and aesthetic of my beautifully renovated apartment. The staff is consistently helpful and responsive to any questions I have, providing prompt replies to my emails. Additionally, my interactions with fellow residents have all been pleasant.

I’ve only been living here for about 2 weeks. The office and maintenance staff have been so friendly and helpful. The community is very well kept and quiet. Overall, I love living here so far :)

Fairways at South Shore has been a great first home for my wife and I. Access to amenities and the location in relation to businesses has made day-to-day living a breeze. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This apartment complex is lovely. Sitting among huge trees and next to a pretty golf course it is so pleasant. The pools and waterfalls and lighting are colorful and just a delight. On top of all the beauty, the staff actually make the place. They are so warm, friendly and easy to work with and make living here a pleasure. I’m so glad I found Fairways at SouthShore!

Brya was amazing and knowledgeable of the apartments and showed off the features very well. My girlfriend loved the 3 pet policy and how loving the office is towards animals. I personally love the built in desk and entertainment centers and also am impressed with both pools.

The community is incredibly enticing!!! I was in love with everything I saw from the get-go, the grounds are gorgeous, the model unit was beyond expectation and Victoria even took the time to show me another larger unit (we’re holding out in hopes to get a Bayhill floor plan!!) Everything about Fairways was welcoming and makes me excited to hopefully soon call them home!
