Exceptional staff with welcoming attitudes, I believe there is room for improvement on the business operations side but staff wise they pick amazing workers with great customer service.

Overall is not a bad place to live office staff are very friendly and nice however, they will charge you slowly every month for random stuff are way to strict with the trash rules and if you need new appliances forget it they will charge you extra even though they are supposed to be included.

I've lived here for over 15 years. With the brief exception of one manager (he's no longer with the company), I've had nothing but positive experiences will all of the staff. The maintenance team is top notch, doing quality work. Having the extra support as I get older is why apartment living is for me!

College view community is extremely friendly , quiet , well maintained and an amazing place to live. Since I’ve moved in staff been extremely helpful and easy to work with . I’ve only had maintenance come out to resolve a few things while being here but each time my service request was responded to and resolved within three days.

The College View Complex is a very small community with a great staff. From start to finish they all, include the maintenance staff made moving and settling in alot easier than most of my apartments renting experiences. They make us feel welcomed and like family.

College View is an excellent community. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Maintenance does an excellent job. The pool is sparkling clean, even in December. Package lockers keep deliveries secure and allow for convenient pickup at any time. I've lived here over 10 years and wouldn't mind staying 10 more!

I’ve had an amazing experience living at College View Apartments! From day one, the management and maintenance teams have been incredibly responsive and friendly. Any minor issues were addressed quickly and professionally. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from campus, which has made getting to class super convenient. It’s also close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation, which makes life so much easier. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and well-maintained. I especially love the spacious layouts and large windows that bring in tons of natural light. The community is quiet and safe, with plenty of parking and great amenities whether you’re a student looking for a convenient place near school or just want a comfortable, affordable place to live, College View Apartments is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

A good place esp for San Jacinto students. The school is across street. And it provides some extra recreation for residents. The apt complex does not have a gym so we need to get that elsewhere. The biz center is only a computer and I rarely see anyone using it. But what the apt lacks in amenities they make up for with good service, attention, and parties for the residents. We do get frustrated with the mandatory charges and services, i.e. Valet Trash, Parking Permits, Pet Rules, etc. But as long as the apt is in good shape, keeps up with maintenance, fixes things timely, we are OK.
