Everyone from the leasing office, management and maintenance team knows and owns their respective role, and fulfills duties with pride and integrity. Office to resident communication and resolution, maintenance speed and quality of service, apartment complex grounds-keeping and building/facilities upkeep are all world-class. As a new resident at Coles Crossing, I can attest to the fact that my move-in, from the 1st visit with office staff….to any maintenance issues, I have been given all info requested, I was helped with all if my questions, and always treated with respect.

We were a bit surprised that we didn’t receive our full deposit back. We paid a $140 move out cleaning fee at initial move in which we assumed covered painting. We were charged over $300 for paint which was not needed. We were only there 6 months with no children. Move out painting should be communicated as a move out requirement at the initial move in.

I love the community so quiet , no issues with parking spot , nice environment also very clean , very good communication with the office , many events to take care of us . Every hallway in the building is very clean , overall the experience is great . I highly recommend this property

It instantly seemed like a community that actually cared about their overall appearance (cleanliness and landscaping). I appreciate this factor because I care about experiencing the outdoors and fresh air. Apartment complexes tend to focus on the indoors, not the outdoors, so I thought the difference at Coles Crossing was fabulous!

Coles Crossing is my new home. I am very pleased with my choice, and I did consider several aptmt complexas in the area. I got everything I wanted , beautiful mature trees , a common outdoor space with tables , grill, pool, playground. The complex is quiet, and everyone has been welcoming. My aptmt has all that i need, and the finishes are beautiful. Thanks CC !!

We moved into this community in October and have had a great experience! The office staff and maintenance staff is truly the kindest and have never made me feel like my requests are an inconvenience. They are all so friendly and would recommend to anyone looking.
