We rushed over after work and was happy that Deja took care of us and provided an excellent experience touring the complex. We appreciated her for staying close to closing hours to answer all our questions. The experience was so great we decided to lease in the next hour! It was our first and last stop for our apartment hunt. Thank you Deja for providing a wonderful tour.

I always wait to post a review until I’ve lived at a place long enough and I can say I love this place! I’ve lived in many apartments and Coles Crossing is by far the best. The staff is helpful, responsive and professional. The complex is clean and quiet. My apartment was spotless in move in. I love the touches that were made to make it feel like home with the wall color, appliances and crown molding. The smart home technology is a game changer!

I stopped by the office after 5:00 PM, and Jared was very easy to talk to and patient. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help me find the right apartment to fit my needs. The apartment complex seems quiet and family friendly. I saw residents outside conducting themselves in a peaceful manner. Overall, this complex is high on my list to consider.
