I always wait to post a review until I’ve lived at a place long enough and I can say I love this place! I’ve lived in many apartments and Coles Crossing is by far the best. The staff is helpful, responsive and professional. The complex is clean and quiet. My apartment was spotless in move in. I love the touches that were made to make it feel like home with the wall color, appliances and crown molding. The smart home technology is a game changer!

I stopped by the office after 5:00 PM, and Jared was very easy to talk to and patient. He was very knowledgeable and willing to help me find the right apartment to fit my needs. The apartment complex seems quiet and family friendly. I saw residents outside conducting themselves in a peaceful manner. Overall, this complex is high on my list to consider.

The grounds are green and surprisingly expansive, the units are high-quality, and the staff are responsive. I've been here for almost 4 years and have had an overall great experience.

The maintenance personnel always try and mainly accomplish their tasks in a timely manner...I had my water tank replaced and forgot to remove items I had stored along side the water tank... the maintenance personnel removed the items and when finished they put it back in...Good job maintenance at coles crossing..

Coles Crossing apartments is very very clean in the neighborhood very safe when something have to be repaired in the apartment they do not waste no time and fix it. Almost the same day or the next day. No waiting. It is a wonderful place you will not regret it

I met with Karen. She is wonderful. She explained everything very well, was patient and showed me apartments several times and she was clear about pricing and my options. The apartments were clean and had every convenience. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. I have no negatives. I simply decided I don’t want to live in the Houston area.

Coles crossing is a very good community to start of a family according to me. In the evening, you actually see so many residents walking with their dogs or just by themselves enjoying a walk. The equipments in the fitness room are really very well chosen. The swimming pool is beautiful. The walkways within the community are so very designed. I am lucky to have found these apartment community. Also the leasing office staff are very obliging and respond to your issues in a very timely manner.

It was clean, very well presented. The way the community looks from the outside , so are the apartments from inside. The management is amazing customer friendly. Very good apartments with green and clean territory. Close to the supermarket and park. There is a pool and kinder ground. highly recommend it.

Pleasant community. Good conditions of apartment. There is a pool, gym and some playground for kids. It is clean and beautiful territory. It is close to the H.E.B. supermarket and to the park.

I've been here since February of 2020 and have no plans of leaving any time soon. It's a great place to live and I've yet to have any major issues. It's perfectly located to so many stores, parks, schools, and restaurants.

A beautiful and quiet community to live in. They keep the grounds looking beautiful, the staff -and neighbors are friendly. The pool is lovely, and the workout room is very nice.

Visite las instalaciones y están muy bien cuidados, espacios grandes para recreación, cuenta con todo lo que un recode te necesita, maneja muchas opciones para esparcimiento, el trato del personal es excelente, de calidad en especial de la Sra Bárbara quien nos atendió y mostró las instalaciones en un recorrido muy ameno, planeó mudarme allí ya que me encanto el lugar y todo lo que vi de el me encanta tanto por fuera como por dentro del apartamento
