This was a very organized and impressive move out experience. I loved that the communication was automated but thorough and the final statement aligned with what I expected given the length of my stay and the few damages I was not able to repair on my own.

Resident for 15 years...like apartment but no upgrades done unless u move...pricing people out due to huge rent increases

I overall loved this experience, it was very efficient and easy to tour and lease the apartment. The Associates were so kind and welcoming and made this scary first time getting an apartment so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Jane and the staff has definitely been the best leasing agents I have ever dealt with I did forget either when I first moved in I was sent an edible arrangement for some occasion I don’t remember what for but I knew this was going to be an amazing experience and it most certainly was I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so kind to me and my family you guys will be missed

It’s been wonderful since moving to Louisville in August 2022. Very calm, peaceful place. I definitely would renew to live here.
