I really like the convenience of living in midtown. The apartments gives me a safe space, I like how I can open the garage gate and doors with my phone before I even pull up. I love the security and my apartment, I enjoy coming home!

This is my second time living at The Calais, first was a one bedroom, now a 2b2b. The property was great then, but now it’s excellent. Ongoing property upkeep and improvements, even more A+ staff members. It’s really a place we’re proud of to call home.

Jared was a fantastic addition to our visit. Although we are not sure about signing with Calais, he was very polite and helpful with our search. He made sure to over all the details we asked for and gave us a quote for multiple units in record time. And all other the other staff we interacted with were just as amazing.
