I never in my 55 years every think a place like this existed friendly staff, owners that care, community upkeep is cleaned organized property well taken care of. The manager front, of house and maintenance staff you cant get any better. This community is safe for all families.

Belterra takes luxery and security to a new level. Closed gate community, cemented build, and landscaping well maintained daily. The amenities check the box, from in-unit washer and dryer to a 24hr fitness center, pool, and hot tub. Belterra makes me feel safe in the late night, midnight hours as a single woman living in the city with a secure gate, security on call, and a well lit up property. The neighbors are chill, welcoming and quiet. It's 10 minutes away from my favorite shopping stores, restaurants and just 15 minutes from my church home. The leasing office and staff are always inviting, warm, and pleasant whenever I pop in to say "hey", or to play an amateur game of pool. I have never felt more at home! Surely, I am blessed to call Belterra my home.

I put in one service request and was able to get 3 different things fixed in a timely manner. Honestly so far the best experience I've had with an apartment complex.

I'm not easily impressed, but I feel like my expectations are met with moving here, and then some. There is so much space and quietness that it's a wonderful experience living here so far. I used to live in very cramped places in noisy areas.
