Courtney in the office, and Ken with maintenance have made everything super smooth. Whether leasing and getting maintenance requests put in and taken care of at a timely manner. The pool is nice and the fitness center is clean. Having an automated package locker system is awesome to have and works great. My only gripe is my upstairs neighbors seemed to enjoy a mix of bowling and WWE style wrestling at 11pm. Great place to live so far and may end up staying longer than we planned to.

My partner and I love this place! Great landscaping, top notch maintenance, office staff is very friendly and helpful. They stay on top of their policies and makes sure the whole complex is always looking nice. Highly recommend!

This is a great community having spacious rooms. A good nearby Keller ISD elementary school too. Liked it most among all my apartment homes till date. Thank you.

i've had trouble moving in one of the corporate ladies in the office helped me for like a whole week. She had a lot of patience with me in my situation. I really am grateful for that because I had to move kind of urgently, but I wanted to move into somewhere I was going to stay for about two years to three. When I started to deal with the office ladies, they were nice and very welcoming! they respond fast and are very respectful. I love the process where you don't have to pay anything until you get approved, the apartments are quiet. I have no problems with my neighbor as of now it's spacious nice appliances and I love the tub!

The floor plans are beautiful and complemented by the pool. But nothing beats the attentiveness, friendliness and work ethic of the staff. Living here at Belterra truly is an enjoyable experience.

Tracy J . Belterra is a wonderful place to be , the staff are great , very knowledgeable and communicative. They will work with you to make it work but also respecting their job description. I would recommend that if you choose Belterra you have no regrets ??

I lived here for the past year and have loved every minute of it. this complex is beautiful, friendly, welcoming. the apartments are nice, clean, and spacious, easily my favorite complex ive stayed at. plus they have community events that are so much fun!!

As someone who has lived in many different apartments (in 2 different states), I can say that Belterra is absolutely the best! It’s affordable for us, everyone is absolutely the nicest here (both residents and office staff). I would buy a house from Belterra if I could!
