I knew from when I first toured Bella Ruscello it was going to be my new home and it has! It has been the best experience overall that I've ever had in apartment moves in the 11 years since I've moved here. The amenities, the staff, the neighbors, the peacefulness has truly been a joy to have found! It's location is perfection for all your needs. What a gem!
I came from a horrible divorce. Had to leave a 4 bed, 2.5 really nice home. I’d gone to AT LEAST 20 properties over the course of 2 weeks. On this particular day, I’d visited 6-7 properties and Bella Ruscello was the very last one. I fell in love with the courtesy of the front office more than anything. Mari was EXTREMELY helpful and wanted to reassure me that she’d do all she could to help me apply and move in. After all the properties I’d visited, she was hands down the BEST representative of a property. Very patient, very helpful and thorough and answered all 100 questions I had. She made me a priority immediately. And this was all in the middle of conducting her normal business. This woman was heaven sent. She took my sadness and turned it into a smile. There was no pressure to rent, but definitely gave me every reason to rent!! I loooove my apt. It’s spacious enough. And the upgrades are fabulous and brand new!! The property stays very clean. And the entire property is very quiet. These tenants must come from the same background. Because no one hangs out. Apparently it’s work and home for everyone!! The location is wonderful. Food places, and shopping within a 2 mile radius. There’s a very nice and large pond and park directly behind the complex. With a gate in between but code access! The fitness gym is literally top quality and usually always empty! The pool is very nice, clean, large and has a separate hot tub!! It’s like God took my divorce situation and lead me here because I’m more than satisfied for sure!! Thanks Mari, Nora, Gail and the young Hispanic maintenance guy (sorry I can’t remember his name lol). Guys, I don’t even do reviews but had to give these guys their props!!!

Living at Bella Ruscello apartments for over three years has been a consistently positive experience. The sense of safety, coupled with a dedicated and friendly staff maintaining a professional and clean environment, has made it a thoroughly enjoyable home.

Bella Ruscello has been a nice place to live so far. It’s beautiful and quiet for the most part and there’s a beautiful walking trail with a little lake.

The community seems so peaceful and quiet and we can’t wait to actively be part of it, especially with all the things we can do like walk the trails, swim the pool, fish the pool and simply rest!

I like staying within the Bella Ruscello community. Its very quiet and neighbors are friendly as well as the office staff/maintenience. The only thing is that the tenants are not responsible with their trash.

Bella Ruscello is very nice place to live. The Office Staff makes you feel welcome. The property has security, and has made it better for mail being secured.. I have seen some positive improvement since Venterra took over Management.
