Allexis at Axial seemed very knowledgeable about everything. She was very informative and helpful ! I love that the property is owned by a Canadian company and cares more about customer service. That’s literally my favorite thing and the first time I’ve heard that , so it definitely caught my attention. Allexis shared other details about the company that only a dedicated employee would know ,and we appreciated hearing about it. The only reason we haven’t decided on this property YET is because the only floor plan available for our timeline, wasn’t my partner’s preference. I hope it works out in the end , axial buckhead seems like a great community. If the other leasing agents are as kind and attentive as Allexis , I know this place is a joy to live!!

If I decide to move here, it will be largely because of the overall aesthetic of the community and the welcoming, helpful staff. While the interior of the apartment and the HVAC system could use some improvements, the atmosphere makes a strong impression.

The community felt very welcoming, and the leasing agent Allexis made it feel like an amazing place to lease. She provided answers to all the questions and was friendly not only with me, but with all residents that were seen during the tour. The apartment I toured was very clean and very nice. The free small one time fees and the leasing process is seamless. One thing I think could be done better is advertising, when seraching for apartments in Buckhead it never showed up. I learned about it through word of mouth while I was there. Overall amazing experience and excited to move in.

The community is charming and personable. The small amount of residents combined with the length of time residents tend to stay with Axial Buckhead added to the value.

Everything looked very nice and well taken care of. It was nice seeing people utilizing the amenities like the pool and seeing Allexis take the time to say hey and check-in with every resident we walked by as well

Allexis was INCREDIBLY welcoming and kind! She was by far the best leasing agent we came across that day. We decided to tour Tuscany at Lindbergh after, and Allexis was hands down a 11000000% better experience than what that community gave us. The community itself was incredibly clean and well-kept. It was apparent that it’s a tight knit community, and that Allexis was incredibly passionate about it. She anticipated all our questions, was responsive and helpful to our needs about apartments, and overall a great positive vibe. We are SERIOUSLY considering Axial at Buckhead, and at least 80% of that is due to Allexis.

Axial is a wonderful community located in the heart of Buckhead. Enjoy the sparkling amenities and relax in a quiet, gated community. Apartments are updated and competitively priced. The staff is top quality!

Due to Hurricane Helene, I was displaced from my previous apartment and was extremely fortunate to find an apartment at Axial Buckhead. The Management and Maintenance community staff have made my transition a smooth one. It has been approximately three months, and my cat and I are quite comfortable and content in our new apartment at Axial Buckhead!
