I highly recommend this apartment complex. It has all the amenities you could ask for, including a great gym setup with free yoga and workout classes led by an instructor. There are also recurring community activities that make it easy to get to know your neighbors. The personnel are attentive, the environment is clean, and the community is friendly. This place truly feels like home.

Avasa Spring Branch is a great community. I had a great experience working with Andrew and Matthew during application process. The leasing crew is amazing overall. I moved here since last month and so far everything is awesome, I have no complain. It’s a peaceful community, the apartments are beautiful with modern amenities. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent & beautiful community!! Jordan at Smart City organized the tour for me; Destiny went above and beyond and showed us each of the 2 floor plans we wanted to see. In the end, our final decision came down to intangibles since our options were all so excellent; we will definitely consider the Avasa and recommend it to others in the future.
