We loved everything we saw and are considering it as a strong option to move in, since the special offers makes it affordable.

We’ve lived here for a while now, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The management team has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Anytime we’ve had a maintenance request or question, it’s been handled quickly and with care. The community is clean, quiet, and feels like home. We truly appreciate how great they’ve been to us—definitely one of the best renting experiences we’ve had!

Matthew Davis helped us with the move-out process. He explained the process clearly, and informed us about the charges that we might incur in our final statement. He was thorough and very professional. He went above and beyond. He sent an email to inform us when the checks for our deposit was sent out. We were very happy with the way he handled the entire process from beginning to end.

Avasa Spring Branch has been one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in (and I've lived in a LOT). It's a newer community, built in 2021, and it shows, but it's built very well. I moved here because the complex where I lived previously was older and the HVAC couldn't keep up in the Houston deathly hot summers, meaning my apartment was often in the high 80s during the day (and I work from home). That hasn't happened once here, which is exactly why I moved. The office staff is incredibly friendly, sweet, and accommodating, and they will do what it takes to make sure you're happy. The maintenance staff is lightning fast and often when I submit a request, they're knocking on my door within literal minutes. The complex is beautiful - two pools and a nice, big courtyard with lights strung up, big chairs, and a homey feel. The balconies are also amazing. I've lived here for going on one year and I am incredibly happy I moved here. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. All of my neighbors are friendly and super sweet, and I've been so pleased with everything about Avasa. Highly recommend!

After a month living in Avasa we really love it. Staff is supper attentive and responsive, and the amenities are great! Also, our dogs love it here!

It’s been lovely living here, love the convenience of having a garage open up directly into my building. The 2 pools are a great solution to overcrowding in the summers. Package delivery in the lockers is so efficient and convenient to pick up anytime. The maintenance staff is always so helpful.

I actually came across this community by accident and I’m so glad I did. Allison was amazing, she helped me find the best floor plan for my daughter and I.
