Everything was great, although I didn’t sign a lease now, I do have plans to do so in the future
Overall we were impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of landscaping and the pool area/ammenoties. Hallways could have been cleaned better with regular power washing. We were also very impressed with Anthony, his emotional intelligence and commitment to good costumer service. The application process was smooth and so easy.

The Avasa is a great community, the infrastructure is impressive and the people are polite and friendly. After 2 years in Melbourne, finaly we found a place where most of the dog owners catch after their dogs and often times people spend some time talking during our daily walk. The pool is a good calm area, and the families respect each other. All the areas are very clean, leading to a healthy environment.
