Living here with Clint and Matt as part of the maintenance team has been the most beautiful experience as a tenant. There’s never been a concern or worry that they wouldn’t be able to handle! I’ll miss you guys! Avasa is lucky to have you guys!

Maricelis was absolutely amazing! She was literally one of the main reasons I agreed to apply for leasing at Avasa, she was very attentive, very very informative and such a sweet person. She made the experience wonderful. Maricelis was always in constant communication with me throughout the process!

I really enjoy living here. My unit is always well-kept and taken care of, and maintenance is always on point—quick and reliable every time. Emma in the office is amazing and always so helpful. It’s clear the team really cares, which makes all the difference.
