Avasa is a great community. When they took over Ascend it was noticeably better.
Abby was very nice and helpful! Got us though the process and was very nice. She was also very knowledgeable and we can’t wait to move in. When we had issues with the automated approval system she fixed it very quickly and knew her stuff. You guys are very lucky to have her!

I’m so happy with Avasa department it’s very nice I like how they handle things. The staff is amazing when you walk into the office they always have a smile on their face and ask if you need any help. It’s the best experience that I am having now.
