Avasa Grove West is the best community in the area! Great and friendly staff and maintenance they always provided A+ service and support. I have been in this property for almost 3 years and every month we have activities where we can share with neighbords and staff, keeping everyone involve. I do not have a pet but this is a pet friendly complex and everything is always clean. Thanks for keeping up the property clean!

I love it here! There is nothing bad to be said about Avasa Grove West. It's clean and beautiful here. Maintenance is on top of things and if you have a problem, they fix it quickly! Staff is friendly and professional always. I recommend this place for a living.

The office staff are all really lovely and nice people, especially the community manager Liana! The ladies at the front office are always so kind and have big smiles on their faces. The community events that they hold are always very fun and interactive, and whenever I have questions regarding my home, they are quick to answer and polite. The maintenance guys are also hard workers, and have gotten all my requests done in a very efficient and timely manner. They also do a great job cleaning up the community and amenity areas. This is absolutely my favorite community I have lived at by far, and I can tell all the workers at this community take pride in where they work! I always recommend Avasa Grove West to friends and family looking to live in a community in Wesley Chapel. Keep up the great work Liana, Dolly, and Jollizza!

Vengo de Miami. El AÑO pasado vine a visitar unas amistades en El condominio, cuando vi El apartamento y Todo El Lugar ME ENAMORE!, fue facil pedir traslado en mi trabajo, salir de Miami, aplicar para la Renta y en tres meses ya estaba aqui. We LOVE where we love! The community is clean safe and well maintained. We try to attend all the community events because they’re always really fun for everyone in our household. Staff is super speedy to respond no matter what the request is. Maintenance issues aren’t issues for long. I’ve received a response within minutes several times. I’m so grateful for the kindness and attentiveness that all the lovely staff members provide. When I have a suggestion regarding something, I feel comfortable taking to staff about it because of the receptiveness in which it’s received. I’ve recommended this community to others many times over. It’s so nice living in a place that we like to showing off to friends. It’s a good life here at Avasa Grove West.

Ms. Liana Ashley has provided exceptional service as manager with prompt responses and attention to detail. The office staff are wonderful . Maria is great . Mr, Pedro Vazquez from maintenance consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that he successfully delivers the job at hand, in our case a repair to our air conditioner and plumbing. Mr. Joe , Mr. Blake and Mr. Sherman are very professional and respectful and are committed to excellence as well . The staff here in general at Avasa Grove West are just wonderful . We appreciate them all . Thank you !

Avasa Grove West is the best place to live, it's where to be. I love it! Management and maintenance are always willing to fulfill our requests and they are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It's also located in a convenient location with many stores and the highway nearby. I definitely recommend living at this resort looking place!

I've really enjoyed living at Avasa Grove West! The amenities here are truly top-notch — the pool area is beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing, and the 24/7 fitness center makes it easy to stay on track with my workouts no matter my schedule. One of my favorite features is the walking path around the pond — it’s such a peaceful spot and a great way to unwind after a long day. The apartments themselves are spacious with plenty of cabinet space (a huge plus!), and the modern fixtures give everything a clean, updated feel. There’s also a great business center and indoor lounge space that's perfect for getting work done or just relaxing outside of your apartment. The front desk staff is amazing — always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Overall, it's been a great place to call home — quiet, well-kept, and full of thoughtful touches that make a difference.

When trying to find the best place for one’s family, there are so many things to consider. Safety, maintenance, cleanliness, location, etc. Avasa Grove West checks every box. In addition it’s such a fun place to live! There are loads of events orchestrated by the staff. Lots of families which have become great friends. The staff is accessible and always willing to help. I’m so grateful we found this lovely community for our family.

Ms. Mariia was amazing all throughout the whole process. She was thorough in her explanation of the move in process and was able to answer every question I had. It’s my second year living here and I think it’s a great place to live. I can’t speak for all buildings but mine in particular is kept well and clean, everyone who works here is super nice and friendly, and completes requests timely. I enjoy this community a lot and would refer anyone here.

I love it here. I’ve been here over a year. The leasing and maintenance staff is wonderful. It’s so quiet and safe here. They keep up with keeping the buildings cleaned. I’ll stay here as long as I can.

Una de las cosas que más me encantan y me relajan es la vista desde mi balcón. Contemplar la laguna con su fuente y las áreas de la piscina me hace sentir como si estuviera de vacaciones. La caminadora es maravillosa, y siempre disfruto salir a caminar antes del atardecer, lo que me permite conectar con el paisaje y la tranquilidad del entorno. Cuando voy a la piscina con mi nieta, sentimos que estamos en un lugar acogedor y placentero. Además, el salón es un espacio increíblemente tranquilo y relajante, ideal para desconectarse por un momento. Y no puedo dejar de mencionar el área de las bicicletas… ¡ufff, un rincón mágico para mí! Cada vez que lo visito, experimento una sensación especial, como si ese espacio tuviera un encanto único. Espero seguir disfrutando de toda esta belleza que me rodea y aprovechar cada instante que me ofrece este lugar tan especial.
