Everything was amazing. Jacqueline was super friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Even after my million questions, she didn’t get annoyed or frustrated with me and I appreciate all her help so much. 10/10!

The tour was great as well as the amenities. Toya did a great job at.providing a detailed tour that portrayed Avasa at 1604 as a wonderful place to live.

The service request was put it on 2/18 and on 2/19 a maintenance person came out and took care of the service request. Overall it was a quick response and quick fix.

We have loved living at Avasa. The fitness center and pool are above anything we have encountered anywhere. The staff are great and very responsive.
