I love it here, I thought about leaving to be closer to work and I just couldn’t do it, the area, the apartment, the experience as a whole has made me fall in love with midtown.
I was very impressed with the property. The leasing consultants were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My initial questions were answered during the tour and follow-up questions were answered during the tour wrap-up in the leasing office. This is a nice property.

Before I moved to apex west midtown I wanna see my wife visited at least 3 times before making our decision From the friendliest staff weather it was solan,Derrick,or T. Every visit made me feel like at was home already (still do).

Apex is a great community. The units are sizable and the garden tub is phenomenal. I've met some really amazing neighbors that are caring and hospitable. Apex is location in what I believe to be in one of the best areas within the city of Atlanta. You're close enough to get to a plethora of places within 15 minutes. You can walk downstairs to enjoy dining experiences and even be on the Beltline in a few steps enjoying the weather and scenic views Atlanta has to offer. Apex has one of the best office staffs I've had the privilege of working with. They continue to be professional and swift with rectifying issues. Hands down, Apex has provided me with the best living experience in my 10 plus years of living in the city of Atlanta.

We really enjoy living in this community. It’s quiet , clean , well kept and safe. The businesses underneath are very complimentary to the space… there’s good food and a nice dive bar that def adds value and convince. The team here is very friendly welcoming and involved. Lanes and Sloane were so helpful in getting us approved and moved in fast and very accommodating since.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Apex West Midtown. My favorite part has definitely been the staff—they’re always helpful, responsive, and make the experience feel more personal. The location is also a huge plus, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The apartments are modern, and the amenities enhance overall comfort. Overall, I genuinely love living here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The hospitality I received was great great I really enjoyed the tour we had lunch at the Mexican restaurant hospitality there was awesome and we visited the vegan coffee shop and that was great great also.

If you like social events and personable leasing staff Apex West Midtown is the property for you. The maintenance staff is awesome. They will quickly fix any issues.
