Real Happy RentersApex West Midtown
Lacea did a great job for showing us this community. Thanks a lot, and we will make this community our new home.
Ms Johnson and Jared are the best on the management staff. They are very friendly and responsive. I feel super safe and comfortable with my son living in Apex apartment the last year and attending college in Atlanta.

I usually get my rentals directly with the proprietary due to prior bad experiences. But the rental at Apex have been so great and I feel at easy here. :)

Apex Midtown is a great place to live if you’re young, old, have a family. It’s by a coffee shop, two great food places and the parking situation is the best you’ll find in Atlanta.

I was very impressed with the property. The leasing consultants were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My initial questions were answered during the tour and follow-up questions were answered during the tour wrap-up in the leasing office. This is a nice property.

Apex is a great community. The units are sizable and the garden tub is phenomenal. I've met some really amazing neighbors that are caring and hospitable. Apex is location in what I believe to be in one of the best areas within the city of Atlanta. You're close enough to get to a plethora of places within 15 minutes. You can walk downstairs to enjoy dining experiences and even be on the Beltline in a few steps enjoying the weather and scenic views Atlanta has to offer. Apex has one of the best office staffs I've had the privilege of working with. They continue to be professional and swift with rectifying issues. Hands down, Apex has provided me with the best living experience in my 10 plus years of living in the city of Atlanta.

We really enjoy living in this community. It’s quiet , clean , well kept and safe. The businesses underneath are very complimentary to the space… there’s good food and a nice dive bar that def adds value and convince. The team here is very friendly welcoming and involved. Lanes and Sloane were so helpful in getting us approved and moved in fast and very accommodating since.
