No, your rent will not increase at the time the upgrades are completed. Enjoy your upgrades at no additional charge during your current lease term.
Renewal rates are determined by the features in your apartment and the market conditions at the time of your renewal. Because of this, your new rental rate will not be determined until 75 days before your current lease ends.
The upgrades are part of our property-wide improvement plan. While we are upgrading all apartments, please complete the form on this page with concerns.
No one under 18 years old should be home alone without an adult present during the upgrade process during the hours of 8 am – 5pm. This includes children coming home after school, so please make arrangements.
For the safety of your pet and our workers, please secure your pet from 8 am to 5 pm daily.
Yes, you are free to be at home if you are over the age of 18. We will do our best to ensure minimal disturbances to your routine. However, if you need to work from home and need a quiet space, please fill out the form on this page, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
It is important to clear off all countertops, drawers, and lower cabinets in your kitchen and bathroom. You can use the storage bins provided to you to store your items. This will help ensure the safety of your belongings during the upgrade process. We will pick up the storage bins when your upgrade is complete.
No, the only water that will be shut off for a short period will be the water servicing the kitchen and bathroom sink faucets where the work is being performed. Once work is completed in that area, the water service will be immediately restored.
We have partnered with BR Texas Construction to carry out the upgrades. BR Texas Construction workers will be wearing a uniform so they will be easily recognizable. While a Venterra employee might not be present during the entire process, we will ensure that the work is supervised and will be completing an inspection in each apartment after completion to ensure everything is to our standards.
Yes, our contractors will install containment areas as a first step before beginning work to ensure that construction dust and debris do not enter other parts of your apartment.
To ease the burden of cooking while we are upgrading your apartment, we will be emailing you a $50 VISA gift card to cover meals or anything else you want! We are so sorry for the oversight that you have not received your gift card yet. Please fill out the form below so we can address this and ensure you receive your gift card as intended.
To ease the burden of packing your kitchen and bathroom countertops, drawers, and lower cabinets, we will be delivering 5 totes to your apartment. If you have not received yours a few days before your upgrade is scheduled, please complete the form below, and we will get some over to your apartment. We will be picking these up after your upgrade is complete.
We will make every effort to adhere to the estimated timeline; however, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible.
While you may speak with the leasing office, 100% of the apartments at Ventana will be receiving upgrades, which applies to vacant apartments as well. Any apartment that you would transfer to would already have been upgraded.
Unfortunately, no, the upgrades are being performed systematically and are scheduled months in advance.
A: Yes, all bathrooms will be included in the upgrade process.
Yes, we will continue to upgrade apartments according to the schedule, irrespective of whether residents choose to renew their leases or not. This is a result of our contractual agreement with the contractor. The good news is that you are welcome to reach out to the leasing office to inquire about the availability of renewal options!
