Stronger Together

AS A TEAM OF INDIVIDUALS WHO SHARE A COMMON SET OF VALUES, WE STAND TOGETHER WITH ONE ANOTHER AND THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE IN THE PURSUIT OF EQUALITY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL PEOPLE.

The events of recent weeks have highlighted just how important it is to have real and honest dialogue about racial equality and justice and to press for change. History has shown that meaningful societal change is difficult and successful outcomes require honesty, education, and determination, especially from those people and groups in a position of influence. We are committed to engaging with the topics of equality and justice; and to taking tangible steps as a company to increase our understanding of the issues and further enhance diversity and inclusivity within our own ranks.  We accept and embrace our opportunity to be part of the solution.

While there is much important work to do, we are encouraged by the conversations that are being had that were not in the public discourse only a month ago.  This alone provides optimism and hope.  We also have great belief in the kindness and generosity of our employees, our vendor partners, and our residents.  For this reason, we are very confident that by standing together with our colleagues and the communities that we serve, Venterra can be a part of helping and healing wounds; making a difference in each other’s lives and in the lives of the people in our communities.
