Overall community looked good and clean but I did notice the halls with trash and the elevator needed maintenance. I will say I saw things online that kinda made me want to turn away but it is top of our list for a lot of reasons at the moment. Hope cleanliness in the halls can improve.

Abby who hosted the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did an excellent job answering all my questions. Love the finishes in the kitchen.

The community office is super nice. The people working there are super cool and professional. apartments are clean and comfortable. The fitness room is one of the best I've seen.

the girl who served me Abbie was extremely nice, she did an excellent job. I loved the complex, only that I got a better offer in a closer area, but she was kind and answered all my concerns.

Universal Boulevard Apartments has friendly staff, well laid out apartments with pretty nice features (I’m looking at you -> garden tub). There’s lots of events to go to where you can meet people in the community, food trucks and convenient shops right downstairs. This is definitely a place you could comfortably work from home or come home to relax. The ready is high but you’re moving in Orlando so you knew that already.

The first impression was a good one. The leasing agent Stephen is fantastic! The things that stood out to me was some of the items in the workout room appeared run down and the hallways in the resident area were dark. My biggest concern is about security.

I was very impressed with the community and what it offers. The location is perfect for me and that’s definitely a plus. Very close to many great places around the Orlando area and can’t forget the great welcoming I had with Abbie. She’s very knowledgeable, caring, welcoming and has an amazing personality that matches perfectly with the community.

I have been at The District for two years now, and the change came was the best decision. The apartment complex brings me a lot of peace to deal with some of the stressful stuff in my life (mother passed away in 2018) while makjng it easy to get back and forth to my office in Lakeland and easy to travel to see my family outside of the state due to how close I am to the airport. The office staff has been amazing and I've met most of the people I know when the fokd trucks stop by. It has definitely been an experience over the past couple of years and I am looking forward to another year of memories here. Thank you for making this an amazing place to live.

Abbie is a big benefit to your company. She's warm, welcoming, professional, friendly, thorough, considerate, and clearly likes where she lives. She she explained everything well and was able to answer all my questions. I'm really glad I got to speak to someone who lives there and isn't just a salesperson. I only wish you had a model unit to show.

Had a great experience touring the property! Abbie was very helpful and accommodating. I was not able to tour the apartment I would be renting as it was occupied, and there were no other floor plans of the same type available to tour. And the pool bathroom, which was my very first impression of the community, was not in acceptable conditions. Other than that, I would rate the community 5 stars!
